Our Story
The Beginning
In 2005, many local Dallas-Fort Worth pastors united and commissioned a Missionary to help reach Vietnamese speaking people in their country. The mission? To share the Gospel.
The Missionary forged a powerful partnership with the local church, and together, they established vibrant Worship and Bible study groups, fostering spiritual growth and community.
Many in this community continue to dedicate their lives to full-time ministry.
God's Calls Oanh
Oanh Truong Le visited these people, where she witnessed the transformative work of God and felt an immediate calling to take action. From this experience, a vision emerged to equip the local people to become effective church leaders and community influencers.
Later, in 2014, Muc Vu Vietnam (Mission for Vietnam) is born. Watch Oanh’s video below.
Life Essentials Study Bible
In May 2022, Oanh received permission from world renowned pastor Dr. Gene Getz to launch her vision of translating his 1,500 video Principles and commentaries in the Life Essentials Study Bible, into Vietnamese.
Later that year, Bible Society Vietnam endorsed the project giving their full support to partnership. This collaboration has resulted in what many people often describe as a “seminary-in-a-box,” and will be a vital part of nurturing future leaders.
Progress to Date

All 1,500 Principles to Live By (commentary) have been successfully translated.

Video Translation
We are currently working on the Vietnamese voiceover for all of the Principles. Please join us in prayer for the on-time completion of this work.
Translation Complete
Translation is expected to be fully complete early 2025. Once it is done, then the publishing and distribution process begins.
